Scorzamara is a Sicilian farm covering 35 hectares, of which 25 are cultivated—mainly with citrus groves (23 hectares) and almond orchards (2 hectares). The cultivation is carried out with care and passion, focusing especially on the Sicilian Blood Orange PGI.
The farm embraces organic and sustainable farming methods, such as ridge cultivation (a technique that promotes drainage and healthier growth), avoiding chemical fertilizers and invasive treatments. The oranges ripen slowly, are hand-picked, and shipped without refrigeration or artificial processing.
Scorzamara combines tradition, innovation, and social responsibility, promoting a healthy lifestyle and highlighting the agricultural excellence of Sicily.
